At Schoolify, we want you to be completely satisfied with our school management software. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for your subscription. By subscribing to Schoolify, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Schoolify for any reason within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.
- The 7-day period begins from the date of subscription activation
- This applies to Monthly, 6-Month, and Yearly plans
- No questions asked — simply contact us to initiate the refund
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund, no questions asked
- Service unavailability: If Schoolify experiences downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure issues
- Incorrect billing: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same subscription
- Feature misrepresentation: If a core advertised feature is not available as described
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 7-day money-back guarantee period
- Change of mind after the guarantee period
- Failure to use the Service during the subscription period
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
- Issues caused by third-party services (internet providers, payment gateways)
- Partial months used — we do not prorate refunds for unused time after the guarantee period
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Monthly Plans: Cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refund for unused days after the 7-day guarantee.
- 6-Month Plans: Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current 6-month period. No partial refunds after the 7-day guarantee.
- Yearly Plans: Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the current yearly period. No partial refunds after the 7-day guarantee.
To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your registered school name and account email
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
- Proof of payment (transaction ID or receipt)

7. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account
8. Downgrades and Plan Changes
You may downgrade or upgrade your plan at any time:
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference.
- Downgrades: Take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refunds for the current cycle.
9. Free Trial and Demo
Schoolify offers a free live demo at app.schoolify.online. We encourage all schools to thoroughly evaluate the Service using the demo before subscribing. The demo provides full access to all features, helping you make an informed decision.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your request by contacting our support team. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. If we cannot reach a resolution, disputes shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
