How much does Schoolify cost?
Schoolify is free for schools with up to 50 students. Paid plans start at Rs. 999/month for up to 100 students (Micro), Rs. 1,999 for 200 (Starter), Rs. 4,499 for 500 (Growth), and Rs. 8,999 for 1,000 (Institutional). Yearly billing is cheaper per month. Use our price calculator for your exact cost.
Is there a free demo available?

How long does setup take?
Most schools are fully set up within 1-2 days. Our team helps you import student data and trains your staff for free.
Do we need computers, or does it work on mobile?
It works on any device - mobile phones, tablets, and computers. No installation needed; it runs in the browser.
Can parents receive alerts in Urdu?
Yes. WhatsApp parent alerts for attendance, fee reminders, and results can be sent in Urdu or English.
Is our school data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted and automatically backed up in the cloud. Only your authorized staff can access it.
Can we manage multiple branches?
Yes. Institutional and Enterprise plans support multiple branches/campuses under one account.
Does Schoolify work for academies and coaching centers?
Absolutely. We have dedicated features for coaching centers - batch management, class scheduling, and student fee tracking.
Does Schoolify work for madrassas?
Yes. Madrassas use Schoolify for Hifz progress tracking, fee and donation management, and Urdu parent alerts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online card/bank payments, JazzCash, and Easypaisa. International schools can pay in USD.
Can we get a refund?

Do you provide training for our staff?
Yes, free onboarding and training in Urdu and English for your whole team, plus ongoing WhatsApp support.
Can we migrate data from Excel or registers?
Yes. Our team helps you import existing student records from Excel sheets during setup, free of charge.
Is there any contract or can we cancel anytime?
No long-term contract. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime; 6-month and yearly plans simply are not renewed.
